Most of our fairs connected to the AEP grid are 1 week high consumption users falling on to the AEP sword of the 60% demand rider. There new billings took effect this past month and they are seeing their bills and we have them talking in earnest tot eh PUCO, their Customer Service Aep reps and sending letters to the Governor and the legislature in their area. Interesting that AEP has an agricultural rate with a 25% demand rider that suddenly appeared this past week that I cannot find as of today in the rate case but will continue to look at. Another interesting note is the distribution increase cost, wow what and increase.
